1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tayari's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Tayari provides a digital platform for purchasing airtime, mobile data, bill payments, and other digital services across multiple countries in Africa and beyond. Our services include:

  • Mobile airtime top-ups
  • Mobile data bundles
  • Bill payments (DSTV, ZESA, utilities)
  • Digital vouchers and gift cards
  • Money transfers and remittances

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, PayFast, PayNow). We accept major credit cards and local payment methods.

Refund Policy:

  • Digital products (airtime, data, vouchers) are non-refundable once delivered successfully
  • If a transaction fails or is not delivered, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds for incorrect recipient information are not provided - please verify all details before purchase
  • In case of service provider errors, we will work with the provider to resolve the issue

5. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits may apply based on your account verification level, payment method, and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the service. Prohibited activities include:

  • Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity
  • Using stolen payment methods or providing false information
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or abuse the platform
  • Reselling services without authorization
  • Using automated systems to make purchases

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control (network issues, service provider outages).

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR, POPIA, etc.). We use your data solely for providing services and will never sell your information to third parties.

9. KYC and Verification

For certain transactions or account types, we may require identity verification (KYC) documents. This is to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security. Verification requirements may vary by country and transaction amount.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tayari acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (mobile operators, utility companies). We are not liable for service provider errors, delays, or failures beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.

11. Intellectual Property

The Tayari platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tayari and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
